Description of Duties

Check documents and invoices from departments generating in the month sent to the finance department.
Record daily accounting transactions.
Track daily income and expenses, prepare cash flow budget reports. Perform transactions with the bank.
Review contracts and appendices of departments generating documents.
Manage assets and tools according to current accounting laws.
Proceed with storing records, documents, invoices, contracts …
Create monthly VAT reports for submission to the tax authority.
Perform tasks according to the company’s internal workflow and prepare reports as required by superiors.

Requirements for Applicants

Candidates with at least 1 year of accounting experience in a similar position.
Responsible at work, diligent, honest, meticulous, willing to establish a long-term relationship with the company, proficient in office software.
Has a proactive spirit, eager to learn.
Skills in teamwork, diligence, meticulousness, and ability to handle work pressure
Proficient in using Excel and accounting software.
