To meet the development scale, BeeVision Technology Joint Stock Company needs to recruit personnel for the Import and Export Staff position.

A. Salary: depends on the ability, discuss directly during the interview

B. Duties:

  1. Track and update information on import and export goods
  2. Manage the import and export process of goods from preparation to when the goods are delivered to the customer.
  3. Organize and implement customs procedures and documents related to import and export.
  4. Ensure that tax regulations, international shipping rules, and import policies are complied with.
  5. Customs Declaration and resolving issues related to the shipment
  6. Store import records according to the company’s regulations
  7. Contact and coordinate with relevant parties such as customs, shipping partners, customers to ensure the smooth process of import and export
  8. Participate in the process of automating import and export procedures, propose improvements to increase work efficiency
  9. Support other departments in the company regarding issues related to import and export

C. Requirements

  1. Experience: 1 year or more
  2. Graduated from a community college/university majoring in International Trade, Foreign Economics or related fields
  3. Knowledge of import and export procedures and processes, proficient in using Ecuss 5 software
  4. Careful, meticulous in work, especially when handling important documents
  5. Careful, enthusiastic in work
  6. Basic English communication skills, knowing Chinese is an advantage
  7. Proficient in using computers and office software
  8. The ability to work both independently and in a team
  9. Prioritize candidates with customs export-import certification
